LIVE integration with MYOB or Xero so when you are entering an invoice or artist payment in SAM it will also apply it to MYOB or Xero. And vis-a-versa.

Display product images when entering invoices so that it is clear for all staff what item is being entered. this will be particularly relevant for products with similar codes or variations. This will greatly reduce the margin of error.

Be able to edit a sale from invoice to layby and viseversa

Currently can only search customer name. Many art centres want to use title contact to add company and or first name. Problematic if you can only remember company name and or if a surname is smith etc

it would be useful to know who created a sale as well as who made changes. Sometimes I pay an invoice and it shows me having made the changes but then I need to ask a question about the invoice and so need to know who created it. Please include in the next update if possible.

we have sales at various art fairs or events and would like to distinguish sales at these compared to 'in house' at our art centre. Maybe have another place on the 'sales' page to add a 'job' eg: Garma or DAAF etc.
These jobs could be added like categories so they automatically are assigned when export/importing to the account software.

We would like to be able to reduce the number of payment types available on a sales receipt, as staff tend to use different ones making recon more difficult. Could this be an admin function to pick which ever we want. Thanks

Giving access to a calculator in SAM while in sales etc would be handy

When viewing a sale, it would be great to be able to see the customer details or click through to customer profile - such as phone number and email address, without having to exit the sale screen.

Also adding in if an item has been posted, and even a place to add in tracking details would be great.
