I would like to suggest the creation of a function to batch upload a folder of artwork images to SAM, if they were named the same as the catalogue number. This would mean that every so often, you could upload a heap of images of artworks rather than going into each artwork's maintenance page and upload images individually.

Can subject's and messages sent with artwork certificates and receipts be customised (eg. below)
Artwork Certificate email subject line- Martumili Artists Artwork Certificate (with ref #)
Receipt email subject line- Receipt Martumili Artists (with ref #)
Biography email subject line- Biography Martumili Artists

An Artwork Status that identifies artworks that are part of a 'community collection,' 'cultural collection' or 'cultural fund' i.e instead of being marked Artist Stock etc

I would like an extra section under artist history to include licensing agreements. These are different to commissions and I need somewhere to collate all the material as a number of artists have agreements in place. It would be good if this could include when the license expires

additional details provided in consignments that are being returned, such as artist and artwork, currently only the catalogue number is displayed

Add a private notes category on each Artist's page. We need to note all sorts of things but cannot in SAM. this is the best location for keeping these data visible and manageable amongst multiple staff.
Could include licence agreements information

It would be rally useful to have a field added in which we can track the location of each artwork within our building or when it is out being stretched or out on exhibition e.g. which gallery it's displayed in, which storage rack it's in or which display venue it's currently at.

A waiting list for particular artist's works would be great - one that might pop up a message when the next work by that artist is catalogued. :)

Being able to "search" what is written in the notes catalogued paintings and other work.

Be able to independently contact Comp Net (Adam) and request for a specific report, user access, or other request to be created for your own art centre, and be able to create a job and be invoiced as an independent art centre for the work. Each Art Centre operates slightly differently and has their own business needs and requests.

Add barcodes to products

Often you have a Volunteer or a Staff Member work for your business for a short term contract. You do not want the person to have full access to sales, financial accounts, and artist accounts for your organisation, however you do want them to be able to perform simple and useful tasks such as:
- Catalouge Artworks
- Search Artworks & Consignments
- Add Consignments
I thought there was already a volunteer account set up like this, however there simply is not and it would be extremely useful to have this limited user account available.

We would like to be able to stocktake consigned works from artists, those that are not purchased.

This way we can easily know the value of works in the art centre and know what is missing still by using the convenient stocktake function.

We would expect these works not to create a loss as the art works are not owned by the art centre.

I'd like SAM to store images of non artworks

On the "search invoices" page - have a way of showing which invoices are fully paid and which are outstanding. It would also be good to show on this page how much is left to pay (as well as the amount that has been paid).

Please make sam compatible with ipads. This will streamline the cataloguing process for artworkers in the studio.

When I am printing certificates those with long stories often print a second page that is blank but has our header and logo on it. I would like certificates to just print on 1 page even if they are long stories if they don't require a second page.
