It would be really helpful if we were able to add artwork weights while cataloging i.e. on the cataloging table before activation.
This would make sure weights are not overlooked or forgotten, which is important for web sales.

To have an additional, editable, price field for an artwork, allowing a work to be manually assigned a different discounted price, whilst still maintaining the records of the RRP/ACD/WS prices which have been calculated via the price manager.

Currently we have to override the default price if we want to list an artwork as discounted, which erases the record of how it was priced previously.

To also have the capacity for this price to be displayed on the online shop.

As work are often created before they get entered into SAM, or in Maruku case purchased, dates can be different. Unfortunately SAM doesn't make any distinctions. To have two possible dates to entre would make this so much easier.

The ability to add a collaborative artwork that is an edition of prints.

We use SAM to manage our own artists works, products, but also artworks from other art centres that we show in exhibitions. We need a means to track the trajectory of these artworks clearly for everyone - so that would include artworks incoming - artworks sold - and artworks returned to original art centre.

Add WP for Workshop Proof in Editions next to AP.
Also look into roman numerals for second state editions for artworks in the catalogue number. For example 18-50-I/X through to 18-50 - XX/XX

when cataloguing, to have a new field added to the process to enable users to select a ‘quality’ grade for each painting/ artist (eg A= exhibition quality work, B= usual/ average quality, C= marketplace/ sale quality).

ie - An artists is graded within the ‘A’ category for pricing her works, but the quality between their works vary widely.
If A is selected works would be priced at 100% of prices as entered into ‘Price Manager’.
B = 80%
C = 60%

To save doubling up and mixing up. Can we please have the option of transferring promoted work to consigned work? With the option of selecting the final artworks to be consigned. Please please pretty please?

When artworks are returned from a consignment that were previously marked as Web Active (W.A.) they do not go back to being automatically Web Active (W.A.) once they are returned.
