We have a suggestion for the use of 'customers' in sales.

It would be great if the customer can be added in addition to the
category/type of the sale, like cash sale/online sale/ art fair sale /
pre-order sale, so that we can see where sales come from to track/filter
them as well as having customer info for sending certificates and tracking. It would also be ideal if the customers information can be added directly to the sale, instead of creating a new customer every time in another window.

Is it possible to have an extra section in the bio part where we can write more information about the artists that is not going to be part of the certificate.

Is it possible to have an "extra" description in the "GST Type" drop down menu? We are unable to correctly note that an Artist may have an ABN, but are not registered for GST - therefore - ABN /No GST would be very helpful.
Can you please confirm that the only place on the Artist card to put their ABN number would be on the "notes" in "confidential" ?

the ability to import a biography of an artist from another art centre into our art centre database. The other art centre may be able to send the file and then our art centre could import it.

Be able to have artists catalogue their own art work without having access to other SAM features. Capacity to log in as artist and only have catalogue and search come up. ie the other buttons (consign, sales, accounts, reports, admin) would not be available.

When adding into artist history - Exhibitions date. Have a date range as an option to include an end date for an exhibition.

How about having a default image for deceased?
