  1. Add notes to "Add Stock", so that there is more info in "Stock History"

    When you pull up Stock History, it is really hard to visually keep track of stock going out and in, as it is just numbers.

    If notes could be added, then it would be easier to see when stock was added due to a new order coming in, or stock going out for example due to a tshirt given to a staff member for uniform.

    Then all the stock going out in stock history that doesn't have a note is clearly a sale (although if it is possible to add "sale" automatically when stock is removed through a sale that…

  2. Rounding correctly from Products to Sales

    Its currently impossible to get the correct GST with some totals.

    Eg sell inc gst $225 ex = 204.54545454 because of the decimal places and SAM only save 2 it rounds up to 204.55 which means when we add GST at sale = $225.01

    Most managers just get staff to type over the sale price in Sale, but Brice wants local staff to do this and would be better if they don’t need to type over anything.

    Solution is to add 3 decimal places, to Product prices. So we save 204.545 which when you times by 1.1 = 224.9995 which…

  3. Product Search

    Hi, On the results for this search, the Sale Price displayed is excluding GST, can we please see the GST inclusive price instead. It tends to confuse the staff.

  4. Products - editable wholesale field

    Products Information page - have editable wholesale fields that are not linked to the Sales Factors. There could be a Wholesale Field, Gallery Field, Direct Field and you would enter the varying prices in these. Rather than pull in the Sales Factors to calculate them.
