customer billing and shipping
now that we have a larger online shop there is more need for separating billing customer details from shipping customer details. Could we please have the function in the next update to have both information on the one card so we can email / contact either? I want to send the invoice to the billing and create a shipping label and send bio and cert to the shipping. The customer name could be the company or the billing name...

see who created a sale, edited a sale
when I look at a sale it says that I have edited the sale which is incorrect. I want to know who created the sale and who has edited the sale. Viewing a sale should not be considered editing a sale. Please supply both actions in the viewing of a sale.

customise customer details
suggestion/request for future update - have 2 areas in customer information - 1 = Billing information - 2 = shipping information. We have customers that need the invoice information and the sale item in shipping is needing the certificate and bio information

SAM API: real-time two-way sale notifications to prevent duplicate sales
We can prevent duplicate sales by implementing real-time sale notifications between the SAM server and the API clients (online shops). The communication will happen in both ways. When a sale is processed in SAM, the SAM server will notify the API clients. When a sale is closed through an API client, the client will notify the SAM server.
