Adding Video


NB: This is available on Artists information. This is for videos stored with YouTube, VIMEO and IndigiTube or any URL .
  1. Go [Search], Select [Search Artist] 
  2. Select the Artist.
  3. Click [Edit]
  4. Video will now have 3 rows, Video, [Video Title], [Video Url].
  5. In [Video Title] enter the name of the video you wish to link to this artist.
  6. In [Video Url], this is where you paste the URL for the video you want to show.
  7. Click [Save]
  8. Now the Video is a link, which will take you to the video if clicked.

Adding External Reports


NB: This is available only on Artists information. This is for linking online documents stored with cloud services like Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive.
  1. Go [Search], Select [Search Artist]
  2. Select the Artist.
  3. Click [Edit]
  4. Video will now have 3 rows, External Report, [Report Title], [Report Url].
  5. In [Report Title] enter the name of the online document you wish to link to this artist.
  6. In [Report Url], this is where you paste the URL for the online document you want to show.
  7. Click [Save]
  8. Now the [External Report] is a link, which will take you to the online document if clicked.

These both can be added to SAM reports if required.
