How to access the portal


  • Log onto your SAM and click the SAM Training Portal link under your login name (top right hand corner).
  • Provide new staff members with a SAM login and they can also link to the SAM Training Portal as above.
  • Or provide staff with this link and they can practice SAM on the portal via this link - sam.platform-one.com

Username

Your Username is your email address.

Courses

There are 3 courses in the portal. On completion of each course you will receive a cCertificate that you can download and save and/or print.

The courses are:
  1. All about Artists (11 modules)
  2. All about Artworks (8 modules)
  3. All about Sales (8 modules)

Modules

To complete a course you need to Watch and Try each module.
To get to the next Module there is a button at the top right hand corner.

Badges

There are little reward badges (icons) that you can receive. You get them when you:
  • Log in for the first time
  • Complete each course
  • Every time you log in.
