Adding Edition that is a Collaboration
This can only be done by adding each artwork in the edition separately.
Add the full catalogue number of the edition (using your format) eg. 123-19-1/10 then fill in all the details of the edition and one of the artists then [Save], then do the Collaboration steps below.
- Click the [C] icon at the end of the line.
- Enter the total sale price of the work
- The first artists will already be in the list, add the other artists of the collaboration
- For each artist enter the percentage of the work done eg. 40% = 0.4
- Click [OK]. This will add the extra artists for you and then auto save to draft
- Click [Activate] when you are ready for these works to be available in SAM
