  1. Customer list

    Several times I have entered what I thought was a new customer, however unbeknownst to me there was already a entry for this customer. By doing so I ended up with two entries for the same customer.
    Can you create an alert for when a new customer entry matches or is similar to an existing customer to avoid duplicate customer files.

    You can now Merge Customer if you do this. Go to Admin / Merge Customer. You will need Manager level access for this.
